Product Description
Dress Code: Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes (avoid loose dresses, necklaces, or scarves that can get caught in inflatable gaps). Socks are mandatory—no bare feet allowed on the inflatables.
Session Bookings: The park operates on timed sessions to avoid overcrowding. Book your slot online in advance to secure your spot, especially during peak hours (weekends and holidays).
Group Reservations: For groups of 10 or more (e.g., school trips, company outings), contact our customer service team 3 days in advance to get discounted rates and exclusive access to certain attractions.
No sharp objects (including keys, watches, or jewelry) are allowed on the inflatables—they can damage the material or cause injuries.
Do not jump headfirst onto the inflatables; always land on your feet or bottom.
Follow the staff’s instructions at all times. For example, slide one by one (no pushing in line) and do not climb on the outer walls of the inflatables.
Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times.
If you feel unwell (dizziness, fatigue) while playing, exit the inflatable area immediately and rest in the designated lounge zone.
Inspect all inflatable units daily for leaks, tears, or loose seams. Repair any damage promptly using the official repair kit provided by the manufacturer.
Inflate and deflate the units according to the manual—over-inflation can cause the material to stretch or burst.
Keep the park area clean and dry. After each use, wipe down the inflatables with a mild disinfectant to maintain hygiene.
